TR2/3/3A 62 TR4 Brake caliper?

Maybe.

Depends on which 3B (TCF v TSF) and the commission number of the TR4.

The Moss catalog has good details about the 3 calipers (A, B & C) with change points:

I believe that the "C" is the same as the 62 TR4. By again checking the part numbers of both items you can verify if the same part numbers. The "C" is what is found on the TCF 3B.

I broke a hold down bolt on the brake caliper and a friend says he has a 62 TR4 caliper but is out of town so can't check if it's the "B" type. My Vin # starts with TS not TSF. Wonder if it's the same as 59/60 TR3?

First if your commission number begins with TS and not TSF or TCF you are not looking at a TR3B but likely a TR3 A. As to the bolt you refer to you can search the on line catalogs for Moss or TRF and check the part numbers for that bolt in the TR3 and the TR4 and see if they match.

Bolts are the same; but IIRC the B and C calipers are not directly interchangeable. The caliper change came at the same time as the switch to 10.75 rotors; the caliper mounting plate was definitely different and I think the mounting centers changed slightly as well.
