Now That is a very interesting Historic place!

but in reading the Cahokia mounds website I noticed something weird & current......really, down right depressing:

So the state of IL. Is so poor, it can not properly support an important one-of-a-kind, historical site?

 
I live in The Villages, FL. Enough said....
 
Since it's the Halloween season, when first married we lived in Salem, MA and our apartment was on the first floor of a three-story 1700's home where the official Salem witch lived (really). She held witchcraft classes for the local college as well as hosting get togethers of her coven. You talk about weird.

It just occurred to me; I've lived near myself my whole life - can't get weirder than that!
 
My entire family and a dog and cat that shared their litters with each other. Plus we raise 50 chickens in an upstairs bedroom.

I live in a city built on a 56 volcanoes and a potentially active field at that.

If I remember rightly, I sold the head Witch a refrigerator when I was working for Highland sales in Salem. Very odd character.
I believe she is Lori Cabot.
