Kurt, also take a look at Tractor Supply for wheels as well. I think my large swivels w locks came from there. I used large U bolts the fit the holes in the casters and could fit over the bars on the rotisserie.

Thanks for the kind words! Once home I got caught in the rain, so no work has been done. I did look at the front tilt arrangement and while it's not bad there's much adjustment to be made and if it doesn't look right I may go back to the original system. Once I install the suspension and steering the car will go back for additional buffing/sanding after the paint hardens. Everything on the car is temporarily mounted and I'll start working on the gaps once I have a good place to park it.

Rut, I've had both a front tilt BE and a stock one. With the stock its a bear to get to the battery but not bad for everything else. You do need a strong back to lift the bonnet. With the front tilt it's easy to get to the battery but not as handy for everything else. The only way the front tilt works well is if you tilt it WAY forward. I had a single pin that went through the normal BE latch holes so it was very easy to remove the whole bonnet which I did often. Wires went into a single plug as well. Personally, I think I prefer the stock arrangement.

Ive definately got some decisions to make regarding the bonnet. I'm looking at gas struts to help lift the bonnet if it ends up being front tilt...I'm also looking at a cable stay system to allow an extreme opening angle. I have the original hinges and may look at modifications to allow opening at an extended angle as well.

Starting on brake line routing today and had to move the car inside since the forecast is for thunderstorms. Rear suspension is in with only a few bumps and nicks...that thing is a bear to install by yourself! Front suspension is in as well and the trunnions are installed correctly (thanks Alan!), so once the lines are run I'll put the wheels on and drop it on the ground. I was really surprised that the car is still light enough to pick up on each end...can't be 200 lbs!
