I had a '95 Camaro 3.4L w/5-speed trans in my '68 MGB GT but want to use the car for historic racing, so....

...the V6 is out of the '68 GT & on the ground....& it actually came out easily once I removed the starter & passenger side header so it could tilt over a bit...

...now I can reweld the original motor mount brackets back in place to take the original motor again...get ready Hap, I'm bringing a disassembled engine your way - with an 'X' head!

Tony - you sure that is a 95 engine? Looks earlier unless somebody tossed the whole ignition system when they tossed the FI (a 15 year retrograde step for sure)

Should be DIS.

Yep, I bought a wrecked '95 Camaro w/79,000 miles & pulled everything from it.....I tossed all the FI & added that new distributor - & a 2.8L V6 intake, carburetor, timing cover & oil pan & a Fiero water pump & a new, lighter, more powerful starter....& headers...& Mike Guzman trans mount & engine mounts...& modified an MGB radiator to hook up to the engine...& built a driveshaft that fits the T-5 trans & MGB rear end...& modified the shift lever to fit through the original MGB trans tunnel hole...& built a setup so the stock MGB oil pressure guage will hook up to the Chevy sending unit.....& I'm sure I forgot something!
