Source for "good" MGB syncro rings?

Anyone have a source for "good" syncros rings for an early MGB? Also any good way to bench test syncros in the gearbox?

Shawn, I get early mgb syncros from Engel Imports in Kalamazoo Mi. So far so good with the quality. Bob
