PeterK,
To use the Roadster Factory website is a little more complicated than Moss or Revington, which use their own part numbers as well as their exploded parts visuals.
The Roadster Factory does not have the fancy artwork where we can easily look up our part online. Get yourself a copy of the Triumph spare parts catalogue for your car model. If you do not have one they are available from the vendors or you may find that Randall Y will post a link to his pdf copy to download. As he has done in this thread.
Look up the part in the Triumph spare parts catalogue. This is the official Standard part number that TRF uses for their inventory. ie 141688
At the TRF site go to the wide horizontal blue band near the top of the homepage. (the search box in the upper right of the page does searching by description only.) Click on "search" and select by "parts database". This will bring up an entry box for you to search by part number of the part. Entering in our part number 141688 brings us this result:
Partnumber Description List Price Expires Your Price
141688 T4 ROD,HANDBRAKE RELEASE $19.95 Jan 31 $16.94
Which tells me that Triumph part 141688 is in stock and the price is regularly $19.95, on sale for $16.94.
Good luck with getting your TR4A back together. These cars are a blast to drive.
