Name that fuel tank?

Has anyone ever seen a fuel tank like this one. Very odd. Seems to have been custom welded or at least badly welded on the end seams? I don't recall my tank having metal folds like this one. Let the compliments flow...

Looks home made. Those welds are the dividers are. I have made a TR3 fuel tank many years ago, That one looks like a bon fire on the way. I would not trust it very much.

Not original, poorly made. Those bumps on the front panel look like rivet head to me, though.

Can't say for sure, but I seem to recall it was around 14 gallons.

It is I, the owner of the tank in question.

The wet spot at the fore was from something sitting in the trunk. It is oily.

While it does look janky, it isn't as tenuous as it would appear. Things seem pretty tight, at least on the visible parts. Of course, I am no expert and will investigate further.
