So, I may have caused my own problem here.
I put a flat piece of wood under the oil pan, loosened the mount #16 below, and then jacked the engine up until I was able to remove #16 on both sides. A bit fiddly taking them off, but getting them back was a total pain.
Is the correct procedure to remove the metal mounts that #16 attaches to on the body, and when removing/installing have that plate attached to #16 and #16 to the engine?
