So I'm thinking that on my 67 Sprite I just pry the horn push out. Is that right, or is there some secret screw or release point that I don't know about?

If it is like my '65 and '69 you disconnect the battery and push the button in a bit and turn anti-clockwise a bit, it should pop right off.
