For a 100% restoration, it has carpet, no Bugeye came with carpet.
It also has the wrong seat covering, no piping.
And that radio looks like it has only 1 knob like a modern CD player.
The original radio was made by Radiomobile and had a self contained speaker.
Dealers could have installed just about anything that would fit back in the day but 100% means the correct radio.
It also has a forward tilt bonnet. Again, not even close to correct.
No front bumper, so it is not 100% complete.
The chassis # is from a 59, the car is being sold as a 60. For that kind of money, they should have done a little research.
I just finished my "budget" Midget restoration and yes, I went through every nut and bolt, so is my $500 restoration 100%?
Well, sort of. I did work on 100% of the car.
Can I sell it for 28,000 bucks?
I don't think so. And it is missing the front bumper too!
