One the carb gurus.

I bought a parts lot quite a few months ago and am just going through a box that contained what I thought were 8 ZS Carbs for the TR6. Well, 4 of the 8 are for a 6....the other 4, I am not quite sure about. They are ZS 175 carbs as well but I am not sure for what application. I am thinking possibly TR7/8 because of the angle of the choke cable clamp.....

Here are some pics.

Any help would be appreciated

They might not be intended for any Triumph.

Jaguar, Vauxhall, Saab, and Volvo also used the ZS 175CD at various times.

I didn't see a reference to that sealed float chamber bottom when I checked my Haynes ZS manual.

Are there any ID numbers on the carbs? I can do some more digging tonight.

Oh, I am not a carb guru by any stretch of the imagination!

Someone here will know what they are --or maybe try the other BCF forums.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yes, I checked my Haynes Weber/ZS/SU manual before I posted and didn't find anything that looked similar.

I will check and see if there are any other identifiers on them.

I might try a cross post in the Jag forums as well.

Cheers,

Ooops, there's your carb manual, right there in the image. Sorry.
