Are you following the technique in the Drivers Handbook that's described in "Starting a Hot Engine" ?
If you are and you find the engine still won't start, it's probably a fuel/air mixture and or ignition timing problem that needs dialing in.
Fuel percolation will make the engine hard to start, but the hot engine starting technique will help. The once reluctant to start engine may run rough until enough of the fresh and cooler fuel gets pumped into the float chambers.
