ZenCortex Scam??

My wife got a shipping notification on her phone a couple of days ago notifying her that her order of ZenCortex had been shipped. She called and told them that she had not ordered anything from them. They said Sorry for the mistake. Keep the product and you will only be charged 50% of the order price of $325.03.

The order went through Pay Pal.

She is on the phone at the moment with the credit card co to get the charges reversed. Going to cancel the CC and change the PP password

They made 2 charges on the card. One for $7.03 then a second charge for $318.00

Looking on line there are only Glowing reviews of the product which I am guessing are AI generated as they all follow a similar format.

That sort of thing is why I am very careful about bank/credit info online. I won't say I order nothing but unlike many I don't order everything and still use check/paper bills for paying many things so I limit exactly where my info is. Also tell everywhere I order from if they have the option, don't keep credit/address info after the order is processed. Yes, might be a bit old fashioned but I rather be seen as that than have bogus charges or withdraws

That's why I had a $2500 limit put on my VISA card.If someone missuses it,
they'll only be able to charge up to $2500.
A little while ago,I got a letter from my credit union saying that they'd raised
my limit to $10,000.I went to a local office,& had it lowered back down.

I've had quite a number of shipping notification texts, with payment through "PayPal" or "My Apple account". I usually go directly to PayPal or Apple and find there is no actual charge. They are just trying to get my information.

I get the same emails about orders being ready to ship or my PP account had been charged $499.99. Often for bitcoin. Always check my PP account to make sure there was no charges.

For only purchases I have a separate bank account with no overdraft and I only put money into it before I make a purchase.
