YUCK Flea infestation

Just discovered our little tiny garden and apartment have been overrun by fleas :madder: darn stray cats. Just thinking about this is making me itch :madder: :madder:

"Twenty Mule Team Borax"!!!

Spread it around, they dehydrate and DIE. Non-toxic to mammals.

Just sprayed something outside with a very long name, but apparently fairly safe for mammals. Basically the active ingredient in dog collars.

I also invested in a pro sprayer. worked so well I almost enjoyed it

The real work was (is) stripping EVERY fabric surface to send through the washer, and / or vacuum it.

Now I just need to permanently get rid of the stray cats.

At least we figured out why the little one of the kids has been breaking out in hives.

I think one got into your keyboard...

Don't do that. Nearly freaked me out.

Oh great between shooting up the neighborhood and poisoning cats with antifreeze you guys are going to get me sent off to jail

Of course I did eye the rat poison which is harder to trace than antifreeze after all, anyone could have rat poison, but there is only one crazy car guy in the neighborhood.

Road trip?

Europe had a flea infestation problem for a while.

They thought they had a stray cat problem too.

But the biggest problem they had was the black death.

Of course they didn't know that the disease came from those fleas, which were carried by rodents.

Ironically, they also didn't know that the cats were the only thing keeping the rodents, and therefore the plague, in check and that the more they drove off the cats the faster they died from the plague.
