Been using fire fox lately. I knew my spelling was bad, not terrible. I feel sorry for you guys having to put up w/ my on line stutter and general butchering of the English language. Wish this thing would tell me how to spell it too. You guys feel free to correct me anytime, seriously. This isn't good for anyone. But hey, you expect the guy in Mississippi to be the worst speller, don't ya?!?!?!

If needed, you can download a free spell checker from the Internet, install it in your machine and it will automatically pick up on miss spelled words. I thought Fire Fox had a spell checker built in and activating by right clicking on the message. PJ

I must have the British spell checker in Firefox. It wants me to write favourite. Favorite activates the squiggly red underline.

Some of us don't need spell check........................

I still think there should be no comma before "and" in a run-on sentence.

Yeah, but I gotta take a breath sometimes. :jester:

Ya put the comma in and it aint a run-on sentence no more. Ya got ta pause and digest. I do that cause that's how I would say it.

Relax, take it easy, and feel free to use the comma before the "and" in certain situations.

yeah, that'd be near enuff barbaric. Unless, and, there'd be some narrative to require it.

I'd hafta call it: "author's choice."

But agree in principle. :jester:

If you got a run-on sentence, adjust the carbs and reset the timing!

Take your cursor and roll it over the word with the red squiggly line under it, then right click. It'll give you a box full of several possible spellings.
Admittedly, sometimes I've butchered the word so badly, it tries to make me spell a completely different word.
I've always been a poor speller.
