You know you drive a Healey when ...

You get thumbs up, smiles, nice comments from women (younger and older) men (younger and older) every time you take it out.

An amazing amount of people had one just like it or had an uncle friend etc. just like it back in the day--and they will flag you down to tell you about it.

You sometimes linger in the garage just to look at it.

You feel a sense of history and pride about the car and the the men who built, designed and raced them when new.

You know what a trafficator is and have an urge to curse and spit each time the confounded device is mentioned.
 
You drive up to your favorite fastfood drive through window to get your meal and the worker does not see you.
 
You start adding 10 mins to estimated time of arrival to account for the time at the gas pump listening to "I/My Uncle/My Dad and so on had one of those"
 
When the Highway Patrolman pulls you over, not to give you a ticket but to ask, "What is it?"

When you always keep a towel in the boot: to put over your legs when the top is up and it is raining; and to wrap your right foot in during the summer.

When you have lived in your house for 20+ years without a garage, but build a large garage ship when you decide to rebuild your BJ8...
