Got the idea for this from the Healey forum, but why should they have all the fun?

Fill it in!

Have fun

Your car and your puppie have the same nickname: "Puddles".

You drive to the store in the evening to grab a quick quart of milk, and when you start the car to return home your headlights don't work.

You find the need to scour junkyards in search of switches, lights, and other electrical items that bear the name Lucas.

....you are criticized on a regular basis by friends,
family, and (especally) spouse for driving that old
piece of junk and you're running out of witty comebacks

you go to a car show and everyone there wants to know what kind of car it is and have their picture taken with it!!!!!!!! :jester:

When you're 50 something and the cute college coeds return your look and smile, sometimes saying "cute car" :driving:

I must be older.

At my college, their Mom's say that to me! :jester:

You have automotive words in your vocabulary that other car owners are unfamiliar with. Words like "dashpot", "spanner", "prise", "bonnet", "boot", "trunnion"... and so on.

Ray, if you drive in the rain much they should say wash while wearing!

I've actually used this on my users (I'm in IS support, mostly phone):

You actually say 'Assembly is reverse of removal'.

You actually know what a 'plinth' is. And can use it in a sentence.

You've been under the car nearly as much as you've sat in the car.

When you can go from a bad mood to a good one just by driving the car!
