My Wife (of almost 36 years - if I make it) & I are headed

Virginia,to visit her Mother.
What should we definately do,while we're there? We've never
been there before,& have a couple of days to spend.

Congrats on the chance to see Yosemite! After 30 years I finally had the opportunity, drove 7300 miles and ... all the parks were shut down!

ENJOY!

Tom

Doug, A day will go by in a flash while your there! The size of the trees are something to behold. They make you feel so small. What a beautiful place of nature! Enjoy, I'm sure you will. :encouragement: PJ

The internet says it is going to explode so maybe you should put the trip off. Seriously though, I'm jealous have fun and take plenty of photos.

As for the size of the trees - we're surrounded by
Redwood trees here.
We'll only be there for 1-1/2 - 2 days.Thanks for the help.
Walter,I think that you're referring to Yellowstone.

Stop by the office in Escalon Doug. We are just off Hwy 120. Give me a pm if you swing by. I have the Bugeye at my house as I am just about done. It is in Modesto, so it is a little out of your way.
Regards
Paul

Doug, is it Yellowstone? I didn't pay enough attention then.

Doug! If you know what days, give me a call! I'd love to take y'all to lunch! Where will you be staying once there? If it is toward the end of this week, perhaps I can catch ya on the way out!

Monica,

We'll be there Thursday/Friday.
I'll PM you my phone number.
I don't want to inconvience anyone-
or my long suffering Wife.

Be sure to visit The Ahwahnee Hotel, especially for a meal.
The Tioga Pass Road and Glacier Point Road are closed due to snow. Climbing Half Dome or El Capitan is also out. No High Country travel or camping.
The Ranger Tours are very interesting.
You will have time to visit the major attractions in the Valley.
Check out https://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/guide.htm for activity schedules.
