Well it only took two years, but it's done. Replacement OD feels good, nice and tight shift action, nice clutch take up rather than the on/off from before, and got the OD wiring sorted so eve that works now. Whoo hoo.

Thanks for the help, coaching and encouragement guys. <span style="text-decoration: underline">Special</span> thanks to Rich whom braved a trip to the chaos that is our household to show me how to get the gearbox in and then spent 3 hours fighting with the darn thing. Totally above and beyond the call of duty.

And here it is out with some of it's cousins. Tom's 74 is the brown one. My 250 made it out as well and the other cousins were kind enough not to say anything about the harelip
