Was going through some photos on my computer today thought this was a real nice one....Maybe it'll spark the interest of some of those lurkers with XK's.
Anyway, this was taken last month at the Ontario British car day....Think there was about 5 of them, plus mine.

You have a nice collection of cars. Have you had the problem with chain tensioners etc the XK8? And has Jag treated you any better than us in the US? take a look at some of the British stuff on 101classiccarrental.com, Regards
 
Thanks, nope I've had no trouble....But I think the P.O might have had it replaced as he hah, had alot of work done at Jaguar. In the last year an a half all I've done is oil changes, sure wish all my cars where this reliable.
 
It'd PAY to check to be sure, R6. I just saw first hand what happens when the tensioner(s) decide to collapse. T'ain't purty... nor is it cheap.
 
Thats sounds like a good idea...I usually have Jaguar do the oil changes because I am not fully comfortable with my regular mechanic driving this yet(I am sure once it starts to give me trouble I'll have no problem leaving it with him)...But yeah, I'll have Jaguar take a look at the tensioner next oil change.
