Any idea of the number of XK/SS models still running on the road? I know 16 were produced in '57, and got to tag along behind one at just under 90 in my TR6 this weekend. It was on the Going to the Sun rally, https://www.goingtothesunrally.org/ A fantastic car, looked to be all original with Wisconsin tags.

Well whoever owns it now drives it like they stole it. Not only is it fast... it sounds fantastic when it passes you!

and apparently in the view of enough folk that a number of replicas have been built. Some more "authentic" than others.
