X type

Congrats, Spritenut! I have looked at the X-Types at our local Jag dealer and really like them. Of course, you must send a picture for inclusion in our "Member's Gallery" (or we shall visit you in the wee hours and put a bat up your night dress (Fawlty Towers fans will understand))

Cheers,

By all measn, Spritenut! Please do post a picture or two. And give us a full report. I've not seen a X-Type up close and would be interested in your impressions.

Later,
Devin

After only owning it for 2 days now, all I can say is WOW!
It feels like a rear wheel drive car even though it is all wheel drive (60 rear/40 front) It drives like a Jaguar, handles almost as well as my Sprites even though it is a saloon.
I have the 5 speed, the primary reason I bought this particular Jaguar.
It's surprisingly quick for a small 2.5 litre V6.
I bought the base model, no options, but it comes with leather, power seat, maple dash, one touch everything, and all those other standard Jaguar features.
