be working on repairing Wendy's broken sink.

My three cats are throwing me a Dad's day dinner
Saturday night because Sunday I'm going fishing
for Snook with some pals.

gatherings with friends all weekend long

... and here I was earlier this week hoping to get to paint my Saab Shelby wheels.
 
Stripping cars and cutting the Midget tub in half if I can. I gotta make some room. 3 cars in the D-way takes up a lot of space.

Probably getting the camper out and getting it ready for camping season, and the wife says it's time to change the oil in her car. I suppose I should go find that humongous Torx bit and 17mm combination wrench I need to do the differential oil change I meant to do at the last engine oil change.

*GLUM* They are predicting rain all weekend, putting a kabosh on any of the great outdoor events of the weekend... Carifest (Carribean) tomorrow and a special Indian pow-wow on Sunday... I suspect it will be a very boring weekend watching it rain... *GLUM*
 
first thing tomorrow it's off the the U-pull-it yard to get a Volvo motor for dads car. It's thier annual 50% off sale (motor for $75) so the place will be a zoo. Then it's moms birthday, so we're going to a picnic. that evening a co-worker invited me up for a bonfire so we may try to stop in there.
Sun is up early to play in the band at church, then I have tickets to the Historic races at Watkins Glen International. So I gotta get up there for some of that sction.
Just another lazy weekend........
 
Miata Club drive to the River Festival in Tappahannock on Saturday. Sunday after church my daughter and I are taking the MGB to the Fathers Day Car Show at the Beth Sholom Nursing home. They're going to bring the residents out to see the old cars for Fathers Day, and feed us BBQ sandwiches. Nice thing to do.
 
A rollicking time planned sorting/categorizing/cataloging toy trains. Time to part with some excess childhood baggage.
It could take the whole weekend and more, there's so much of it.

I blew off work, so I'm gonna do whatever I Damm well please!! Rest assured, it'll involve an LBC in some way. Actually about five of them, if everything goes right.
Plus a LIC.

Did my (mostly yard work) chores today. Tomorrow: grill, clean and re-org garage.
Will do some midget driving tonight (too hot during day) and some more BGT work inbetween.
Happy Fathers day to all dads tomorrow.

That's what I <u>SHOULD</u> be doing too, but I think I will lay back, enjoy some brews, good company and watch all the racing on TV!!! Still working on repairing that pesky leaky bathroom
sink for Wendy. Made a bit of progress today.

Well... The rain essentially held off for the day, still didn't bother going to Carifest, just went downtown for awhile to hang out and get out of the house...
