bugimike, i might do that, Ive been cursed in the fact that as a kid i could instantly spin any object in 3d around in my minds eye like we all can do with computers these days any time i did a cover for a school report id be accused of one of my parents having done it for me, what made me stray away from an art carrier was having instructors at the school for art and design draw over my stuff when they didnt know what the heck they were doing just trying to assert their authority, they were the worst flight of fancy lack of imagination talentless knuckleheads id ever met, i left after 2 weeks, lots of other truly talented kids there did the same. i still love to draw, when i first met my wife she asked me to draw something for her, a horse, she studied it for a moment looking up at me she said " my god it looks as if its going to jump off the paper" i can still do a good one now and then. :savewave:

Print of Steve McQueen from the film Lemans, Wiring diagrams for the cars, print of a TC as inspiration to eventually get mine back together.

I have the mcQ in the home office

I have my McQueen poster and other automobilia art mostly in the slot car room. A few models and a Michael Baum painting are also in my study. I found his art at the Trading Post in the Garden of the Gods, near his home in Manitou Springs.

Dave - it's a Sinclair station!

I haven't seen one of those signs since ARCO bought Sinclair back in 1966, (and my dad lost his job after 25 years ...).

What's that they say about Great Minds, Tom?

This is an old photo. I kept The Blue TR3 in the HSTRL Annex when The TR3 Racecar lived in the Lab proper.

Now The Racecar is gone and The Blue TR3 is in the Lab. I rent the Annex to a friend who stores The Very First TVR Vixen in it.

Hope it doesn't fall over. It suffers from Parallelogramitis.

John - exactly my thoughts. Great Minds all run in the same gutter (oops ...) in the same "historical vein".
