I told my Wife,when she was looking at houses five years ago
that all I cared about was that it had at least a two car garage.She
agreed,but wouldn't let me put a big "M" on one door,& a "G" on
the other (each with 1/2 of an octagon surrounding them).
I don't think there's room in the house for a couch. Might have to sleep in the garage. Oh the agony!
This brings to mind a peculiar rule in our HOA -- owners are allowed to convert a garage stall into a bedroom, as long as they add back another garage stall. There is nothing prohibiting the conversion of a bedroom into a garage stall. Or adding more garage stalls.
Let's see, if I knock through the back wall of my garage, I'll only lose my office. I don't really use it for anything productive anyway... (CLEARLY -- posted at 10:15am Monday)
