Wanted Working Fuel Gauge for TR3A

If anyone has a working TR3A fuel gauge I'd be interested in buying it as mine looks good but, after trying it with two different working senders, I'm convinced it's a goner.

Have you tried putting 12v directly to guage.
I'm not sure if I did apply 12v directly to the gauge - I believe I wired it up to simulate the typical situation, going through the sender (actually two senders, one brand new. I'll give it a try.

I would send your fuel gauge to....
West Valley Instruments in SoCal.
They do a real good job.
You buy a used gauge...who knows it may be no better than what you already have.
