USE MORE NITRO!!!
Did you know that ALL the nitromethane now used is made in... you guessed it... CHINA!

Seems Dow was the last domestic producer but the price got so low they couldn't compete with the Chi-Coms... but now there's a scarcity and they MAY get back in...

What exactly ARE nitro's and how DO we capture the methane they produce?? Do they have nice hides like nauga's?? I almost got to see a herd once but unfortunately there was an explosion that burned the nitro farm and the nauga nursery next door to the ground.....was a sad, sad day.......

lGood thing it don't run on diesel-

We are being told to expect diesel to top
$5/gallon within the week. $4.80 today

TR6 high test now at $4.44 a gallon here in PR.

d :wall:

Diesel's been North of $5 here in L.A. for maybe a couple months. Saw middle grade (89 oct) for $5.17 yesterday.

Saw premium here yesterday at $5.11! They had diesel at $5.44!!!! :eeek:

(I can still shop around and find regular for $4.05 though, which sounds like a "deal" nowadays!!!! )

Diesel around Pittsburgh is about $4.90 a gallon. Regular gasoline is still around 3.99 at some stations although I've seen over $4.00 here and there.

How about some ethanol for the Healey :driving:

Geeesshh, you guys have no sense of humor today! Nauga hides and Nitro methane.....gotta take our minds off fuel prices and the stock market somehow! LOL

I have often wondered how many Naugas had to be sacrifeced per car interior! And what do you feed Nitros to maximize their methane output? :jester:

I prefer Genuine Soft Corinthian Leather...

It was 1976. That was a small car back then - for chrysler anyway. hhehehehehehe.

And how many Corinthians' hides were sacrificed for one of those interiors?
