Wiring question

The Bugeye has some DPO wiring issues. The fuel pump should be tied into the White line, but I don't have a key for the barrel lock assembly. If I want to bypass the ignition lock what would be the best line to wire the pump to?

I intend to put her wiring back to what it should be once I get the lock replaced - but I have to drive to get that done!

She is positive earth.

Any suggestions?

Take the wire that comes from the fuel pump and temporary install a on/off switch where you can reach it from the drivers seat. If you had the barrel from the ignition switch you can get a key cut from the code stamped on the front of the barrel, or just buy a new barrel assembly with keys. Sounds like you are having a locksmith do it the hard and expensive way. Looking at the back of the ignition assembly the wires/posts are clockwise top right post "A" should have a brown/blue wire, bottom right post "H" a blue wire, bottom left "IG" post two white wires (this is where your fuel pump wire should go, top left "S&T" post two red wires.

Great minds, or old cheep scates. I said almost the same thing on another thread. Well, maybe it is where we started from, no money and broken down car.
