Wire Wheels

I fitted Indian made Dunlop 60 Spoke wheels to my 100 over ten years ago. It was the best single purchase I have ever made in the nearly 50 years that I have owned PAN 934. Not only for the looks but also they improved the ride, being actually round! The wheels are chrome plated with stainless steel spokes and look as good today as the day they were bought. I have made several interstate trips in the period, and in Australia 'interstate' means plenty of miles.
I can though, understand the desire of American people to defend their domestic made products. In Australia we do not have that luxury because we no longer have much of a manufacturing industry. Pretty much everything is imported (except for Kilmartin Healey parts!).
Cheers,
