Gentlemen:

The windshield wipers on my 1960 BE are parking in the up position. They used to not do that, but now i can't seem to get them to park down at all.

Any suggestions?

My park position is adjustable by rotating the dome on the wiper motor.

Exactly.

The little cup shaped thing that covers the gear on the wiper motor. You can loosen the plate screws and rotate it.

It has a wire going into it at the center.

Nope, probably a bigger problem... but you have to start somewhere.

Isn't there also an adjustment screw on the side of the box for a BE?

Or am I on the wrong cobb web...

No adjustment on the box.

Three hex head screws "pinch" the cover dome in place. "slack" off the screws and rotate the dome slightly one direction or the other with iggy on and the wiper switch off, wipers will "park" at another spot... adjust to suit the correct position. Tighten the three screws again.
