Wiper refills in AZ?

It may sound silly but I am looking for wiper refills for my 74 Midget. I have found the complete assembly at both Moss and VB but only need the refills. It only rains 20 or 30 days a year in AZ but I should have them.
 
my understanding is that you buy a long blade refill and cut it in three

A pair of 20" refills gives you 3 new blades and a spare!
Cut and fit, maybe a dab of glue on one end to keep it in place. I do it all the time.
