Wiper Motor (Adjustment?) Screw

Hello what is the small adjustment screw for in this picture of the wiper motor? Thanks

That is the motor armature thrust adjusting screw, normally not touched. AFAIK the armature should have very little free play end movement but no binding.

Scroll down to the bottom of page 25 "test procedure and fault finding" in the attached Lucas technical bulletin. I think all Healey's have DR2 wipers. You may not be able to set while in car, probably requires removal of the drive cables to be able to assess clearance.
