Wiper arms

I'm building a cobra replica and am using a Mini wiper motor and wheel boxes. I need to get some wiper arms that measure about 8 1/2 to 9 inches from the center of the wheel box knurled driver to the mid-point of the blade mounting. Would Standard Mini arms work for me? Thanks, Bob

I measured the wiper arms on my Mk. III Cooper "S" and they're 11 inches long (from the center of the wheel box knurled driver to the mid-point of the blade mounting).

Best bet is to go to an auto parts shop and see if they know of any that are the length you need.

The Lucas numbers for the Cobra arms are: 745071. That number is not listed for any other automobile in my 1966 Lucas catalog. The shortest arm listed in the 1969 Lucas catalog is 745080 (R.H.) and 745081 (L.H). They are 10".

Good luck in your search
