Winter Storage: Freezing Temps

I am in the process of having a new garage built and am going to have to put my Healey in temporary storage for a couple of months. What concerns should I have regarding freezing temperatures, which will unfortunately be occuring soon here in the great state of Iowa? If my antifreeze is good, are there any other things I should be aware of? Unless I can find some climate-controlled storage ($$), I will have to store it in an unheated space where they will not allow any constant electricity use such as a heat lamp or space heater. I do plan to start and run the car weekly and drive it when road conditions allow.
