Anyone looking for an odd-ball project here it is. My son spotted a used car lot in eastern Penn this wekend with 3 & 1/2 Datsun roadsters. Two 1600's, one 2000 and a parts car. Even had a couple hardtops. Cars look restorable, one 1600 could possibly be driveable now. Respond for directions. Bob

Uggh -- trying to restore those LJCs would be a pain in the wallet. They are worth nothing, despite the fact the 2000s go like stink. The parts are available, but are rather pricey.

And they just don't have the pretty lines of the MGs or Triumphs. Again, great performance, but I've seen some that owners couldn't give away.

The 2000 Roadster is a great sports car. A friend drove one for an H-Production SCCA team in one back in the 1980s, I followed them on the circuit a few times. 135 mph with the top down, surrounded by other sports cars, lotsa fun.

A really fun car to drive.

PLease tell me where this place is.My uncle has a 1967 Datsun 1600 with 300K on it. Parts are impossible to come by, members have learned what replacement parts fit. Iwould love to check them out.
