Windshield Wiper Scratch Removal?

Any tips on how to get those darn old Wiper marks off the windshield?!

Thanks!

I have used the Eastwood kit. In my experience, the wiper marks need to be a very, very light haze or it won't take them off. I believe their general guidance is that if you scrape your fingernail along the glass and you can feel the scratches, then they're too deep to remove.

Another old trick is to use Bronze Wool (available from yacht suppliers) and a heckuva lot of elbow grease. I have seen this work with some success, the bronze wool having a tendency to remove some fairly substantial glass marks.

1. Confirm you have full glass coverage on your insurance policy.

2. Be very careless whilst swinging a hammer in the garage.
