There is a different catalog # for pre '74 windshield asm's and '74 and newer. It looks like the difference is in the side pillars. Can you use a older windshield asm in a newer car or can you swap the late model side pillars onto the older windshield ? Thanks, Bob
 
They are interchangeable, but some have sun visors some don't, the very early models have the rear view mirror mounted on the center stiffening rod. MGB roadster windshields are basically all the same. The very early ones might be a little different in the bolt hole pattern and the top hold down brackets might be a tad different.. PJ
