windscreen wheelbox bush

Anyone know what length,width and angle the bush should be between the windscreen wiper wheelbox's and the shroud ?
I have mislaid both of mine (or thrown them) i guess a bit of tube to fit over the wheelbox drive would suffice but i don't no the length or angle, think it is 45 degrees ?

Rob,
They were one of the many parts missing from my basket case when I bought it. I made some out of 1/2" EMT (light weight electrical conduit). I used the chrome trim piece to put the correct angle on the end, but had to fit all the parts together to determine the correct length. I'm sure someone must have one sitting on the bench, to give you the real measurements.

Yes, 45 deg. is correct, O.D. is 7/8" and the length from base to long point is 1 3/8". I.D. must of course match the wheel box shaft. Hope this helps and have a good day!

Mine's slightly longer @ 1½" at the longest point. 7/8" OD, 5/8" ID. I could write a thousand words to describe it, but I'm lazy, so here is a photo instead. :laugh:
