To add to the above...
The only real question that I have is how to deal with the corners. It appears that I should trim to the angle of the frame for each strip. I THINK that is what is needed or ???
I have plenty of dish soap to lube it up as I reassemble from the bottom frame and continue clockwise with the left piece, top, and right in that order...
Anyone have experience that offers a different approach???

Just the top two corners are cut on an angle and the sides/bottom is one piece (as shown in the Moss catalog illustration). I fit rubber channels on the glass first, cutting the corners on an angle and using a small amount of glue to hold the corners in place during assembly. It helps to cut the rubber just a tiny bit long so the fit is tight when all comes together. I can't quite remember the sequence of assembly but used some nylon straps to give me some 'extra hands' to hold the whole assembly together while screwing together the angled corner brackets. Instead of dish soap/water I used Aerospace 303 protectant which is slippery and made to condition and protect the rubber but the dish soap should be fine.
Here's a picture (red line to show where to cut the bottom seal) and you can see the rubber channel that follows the bottom windshield curve but doesn't match perfectly the sharp intersection of the chrome pieces. I was able to push the rubber into the corner so it looks better than the picture but I don't think you will get a 'sharp' corner with the rubber channel since it follows the larger radius of the glass.

Please forgive the oversight... I am replacing the glass and glazing in my 1958 AH 100-6. The frame is in four sections each held to another with a small angle bracket secured with four small brass screws...
The glazing from Moss is, quite simply, a strip of rubber that is folded into the channel of the frame and the glass is then inserted between the folds. The frame is then assemble around the glass... At least that's how it looks...
