My '63 Sprite is on it's way to the paint shop. Windscreen is off it has a few scratches. I was thinking of having it polished and re anodized.
Anyone done this? How were the results? Are there places that will still do it?
Early side curtain frame like Bugeye. It's bright aluminum I would like it anodized in clear like original.
It's a lot of work to strip and sand and polish by hand especially trying to cut thru the anodizing..

David Doan put together a good step by step in his blog. On how to polish. I'm sure he will chime in.
