About to install the windscreen frame with a new rubber seal.
Trying to decide wether to trim it flush with the frame now or wait until after it is fitted and tightened down.
Comments welcome..

I was faced with the same issue when I redid my TR250 and....I can't for the life of me remember what I did, I think I trimmed it before, I would worry about scratching the paint and access if I waited until it is one the car.

Trim it some now and install but leave a little long, if you don't like it after installation you can put a thin piece of metal underneath and re trim with razor blade

I trimmed mine while off of the car and they look very good. If you want to wait I suggest using a very sharp pointed X-acto knife. Lots of control and a very small blade.
