Mine are from a B, but I do not know if it varies by year.
 
B cranks will work from about '69 up. If they are held on with the screw in the center, they fit. Early Spridget window cranks were chrome, all metal, and were held on with a pin through the shaft.
The later ones are made of plastic.

Just an update, These are some very nice window cranks. Elvis bought a set, and showed them to me. I just ordered a set for myself. its is doubtful that you could ever break these!

I believe they'll fit - I've never noticed much difference
