woof.

I wouldn't drive fifteen minutes to meet up with the HS crowd I graduated with.

You're a better man than I, sir.

Neither would I! Never been to my own. But the wife is a different story!

I had only ever attended my 15th reunion, and then last year I ended up running our classes 40th...but then I am still in town, and had been active at the school when I was 3 years old and my Dad was the assistant Principal.

Dang! You must have been some sort of prodigy!

I think it depends on conditions. My Wife & I were
born/raised here.We see some of the people that we
went to school with on a daily basis.
I've been to few reunions.I had no probroblem
until they cranked up the music.I think we'd have
had a better time in an empty wharehouse without a
band (everyone ends up talking REALLY LOUD.

Looking back, a long ways back, I wouldn't waste my time! I went to one after I got out of the Navy and was disappointed to the point I said I'd never go to another. Most were just a bunch of hypocrites who still looked down on the, how can I put this, non wealthy group! Interesting how some of the NWGs turned out to be the most successful in life and some of the "Rich Kids", who are still struggling to hold on to that stature, turned out to be bums. Oh well, maybe I'm a little to hard on them, but sometimes, old memories are hard to forget! PJ

Maybe it is because I went to a very small high school, but I have enjoyed the reunions that I have attended. We had only 40 in our class and even if I did not hang out with them I knew them some what. I have found that most of the ones that come back have grown up. I guess the other option is that I'm one of the hypocrites of which Paul speaks. :jester:

The last one I went to was my 20th (I graduated HS in '71), and had a good experience there.

My algebra 1 teacher was there, and I told her I earned a college degree. She about fainted. Not unusual, considering I failed algebra 1 the first time around (with her as my teacher). She also told me after I failed her class that I wasn't "college material" (I earned a Master's degree, despite her "good" advice).

No more HS reunions for moi. :nonod:

Yes, I was Baby New Year is the girl's gym show. 300+ girls, and I was the ONLY MALE in the cast...

So every reunion, do you dress up in a diaper and a sash?
