TR2/3/3A who makes a GREAT fitting TR3/4 manifold gasket?

I'm dealing with a manifold that's been ported, and the gaskets from moss & VB fit OK, but could have some more meat on them (I.E., the holes in the gaskets are larger than the holes for the intake ports)

As a result, there isn't much sealing contact area on the gasket....

I really don't want to have to make gaskets - and I'm sure somebody makes better-fitting gaskets for these cars....

Check with NAPA. They have FelPro. Only other thing I can think of would be to hunt a Payen head set. ISTR the guys in PA (TRF) have 'em?

thanks all!

I'll check out the HD moss gaskets. Not sure why I couldn't find them earlier...

I think Felpro discontinued the 4-cylinder TR gaskets.

Upon closer inspection, it turns out this was a low-port manifold someone bastardised to run on a high-port head. Ugh. The worst part is the customer is convinced his engine is a super-dooper high performance race engine.... ("it's got a three-quarter race cam, no less")

My tongue is developing callous-es from excessive biting.

Thanks again everyone!

Call uncle Dave at TRF and ask if they still offer the gasket sold with the tubular headers. I have this gasket on my 250 and it fits great. Not sure it is available for a 4 cyl.
