Who is close to Knoxville Tennessee

Just another tip for you folks, you could always put in the datsun 4 speed and then a higher rear diff to give you the gearing you want and still be nice and smooth. I may end up with a 5 speed that I drive around in 4th gear as it is. I did both. I am getting closer to testing this thing out every day. I went from a 39:10 diff ratio to a 39:11 diff ratio plus the five speed that is .78 to 1 in 5th, plus I have 175/70/13 tires. No telling where I am going to end up. I have only had it to 3rd gear up my driveway, but it starts out fine no problem on a hill, so no problem there. I just got to see where it ends up on the highway. I got the weber carb and used to get around 30mpg back and forth to work and the only long trip I took it on I got 37mpg. I am hoping with the higher gear to get at least 40 on the highway and also better going to work. Plus I got to rejet the weber because it is too rich as I could smell it when driving. If it is too weak though then I will have to add a bit more horsepower somehow.

Doug, one just went on eBay for $1027. What is this world coming to?

Drew, you mean the complete car right?

That's just frightening.

Give me $1200,& I'll throw in the rest of the car!
That could help me buy some Anglia or Bonneville parts.
