Who drove their Triumph today??

Well, I suppose, since it's stopped raining and there appears
to be a nice sunset, I find myself forced to take the Mrs for

Vroooom!!!!

Amos Rules!!!!

Going out tonite for a spin. 80 degrees, gonna rain tommarow.

Thanks guys!

It's 37 degrees and I just had my car washed (the Taurus) this afternoon, so you know that it is now raining at 5:30PM.

Sighhhhhhhhhhh...........

TR6 is still on stands and will be for at least another week or two, which is no biggy. I won't be in a rush until April or May.

Hey Dale, I just thought of something from your post on my brake page.

Why are you out driving around with leaking brakes??????

Going to drive the 8 on Friday to a shop down south. Finally going to get the FI worked out.

Saw that it was finally a nice afternoon after days of cloud so I sneaked out for a quick 20+ miles to blow the cobwebs out of the car and me - excellent.

Because "Earl" is sitting on stands in the garage, I was unable to drive him today ....... does sitting in him while making motor noises with my lips count?????????

Only if it satisfies you. (Grin)

Once burned-twice shy!

Now if Tony would get my fuel tank level sender
delivered to me, I could get my gauges functional
and the stink of gas fumes out of my car.

Tanks' gaskets coming with Tony's sending unit.

Dale, I replaced the gas cap on my car and the fumes
are 99 percent gone. Smell a bit if I fill the car
to the top with fuel; but it goes away after I drive
a bit.

2 is right. You can buy that gasket in the center of the cap for about $5-$6, if I remember correctly. If it's cracked or brittle, it will stink up the interior pretty quick.

is your next door
neighbor, maybe building a LARGE, long, wooden structure with
high sides and a wide ramp leading inside of it? Do you see
any strange pairs of animals passing by your house?

just wondering, that's all.

Lots of major building projects going on around my house, but they all are connected with the new light rail system. A new cable stay bridge, major roads all torn up, but no, I haven't seen any major wooden structures or pairs of animals! the weather guy claims that it will warm up again soon. Of course, we really do need the rain.

The pregame show today was a 45 minute drive
in Amos. That brought us to 397.6 miles driven
without a breakdown! History in the making.
We stopped at the Bates hotel for a Mrs. vino.

What? None of you Washingtonians took advantage of the sunshine? I put about 100 miles on my 6 yesterday, even though it's about 35 degrees.
Lots of layers....

The sun finally came out yesterday, it hit 68 F, and it was nothing but green lights all the day we go!

High of a windy 30 F today though. Feels like minus 2.

Took Amos out this morning running errands with
the Mrs. Next year is election year which is a
wonderful year in Puerto Rico. All the potholes
gets fixed with great signs proclaiming WHO is
looking after the little people! The mayors like
to fix potholes to get re-elected.

Pretty cold winter morning with the top down.
Only about 72*F. Long pants weather for sure.

I pretended that I was driving as I packed the dashboard to send it to Tom who is probably freezing in Wisconsin as I was here today. High of 33 with wind chill at 8-10 F.

I drove mine today. Drove the 4 for around an hour, the 6 a much shorter time. I hope this will be a pattern, now that the garage is finished and I can actually get them out without such planning ... They both ran very well..I was an ice cube by the end of the day.
