Sunny and going up to the low 70s here in the Nation's Capital. Gorgeous drive into work in the BJ8.

My wife and I were out for a drive on Sunday when we had one of those great encounters. The weather was wonderful and we were about 10 miles from home on NC Hwy 55 when we saw the familiar sight of a Big Healey Grille coming our way. It was a blue BJ8. How nice it is to pass another Healey while out for a casual drive. We waved and continued on. I think it was someone we have met at a car show who lives about an hour away.

It's 80 degrees and sunny here in Atlanta. It's gonna be a nice drive home from the office in the BJ8.

Drew,
65 BJ8

I drove it to work Tuesday and Wednesday plus went for a good ride after work yesterday and again at night. It's raining here today so I had to leave it in the garage this morning.
I also put 500 miles on it last Saturday.
It makes all of that work, worry and $$$ over the last several years worth while !

I did. Irony of ironies, I drove the Healey to town to pick up parts for my old farm truck and my Dodge Caravan, which were both broken. I also took a tire on the rim from the Caravan, which was flat, to get it fixed. I found out that I can fit a deflated Caravan tire in the boot, but can't quite latch the boot if the tire is inflated. How is that for useless information? The smiles and nods made me forget I had to work on the other cars when I got home.

Yep, drove it today. And yesterday.

Did an oil and filter change today, too. Annual event.
