Who did you buy your interior kit from?

I'll get some close-ups next weekend..but, for now, take a look at the picture of the trunk. Notice the lock (no handle) and the two budget locks on each side....

I ordered the interior kit, seat covers, rear seat, leather and vinyl rail covering door panels, wheel well covering, dash vinyl, and carpet from TRF for my TR3B. I also got the top and tonneau cover from TRF and had them restore the side curtains. All of the items were good quality and very acceptable so I would have no hestitancy in recommending TRF. I am not skilled enough to make most of the items myself, though for all who can it must add a great sense of satisfaction to the finished job. Installing the interior was alot of work but also alot of fun. I was not able to do the seat covering well enough to suit me so I had a professional do that and install the top. BTW good looking car. Have fun with your project.

With any kind of luck that trunk lock will have a "FA" followed by three digits (501 through 625)on the face. Armed with that FA number send a note to Pete Groh in Maryland - petegroh@yahoo.com - and he will cut a key to fit.

Knoxville...in storage at the PO's brothers shop.

Many MGB's, a Morgan, a TF, a couple of MGA's, a TR4, a TD, one '30's vintage racer that I never heard of before (name?)...lotsa cars...oh yea three TR7's...

The trunk set up is the same as my 56 TS14502L small mouth. By the build number I'm guessing mine was built in Nov/Dec 56 but will know when I get my certificate.
What is the name of the 30's racer your friend has? Interested.

Don't know...it looks like a Morgan or TF but is smaller and has a three cylinder engine. He has two of 'em. Also has a goofy looking front end.

I'll look it up in my reference library at work tomorrow.

back to the other 3 . Is it an already restored car??

Nice car...frame on resto 12 years ago. Stored inside. Clean undercarriage. Runs and drives very good. Needs a wash job...thats about it.

It's a late 61 but has early side screens and a few mixed trim components but is a nice car. Owned and restored by an Episcopalian priest.

Mickey,
If you decide to 'pick it up' I'd be glad to purchase the early side screens for my small mouth 3. Buy it! I need some side screens!

Not in the market - the MGB and the TR8 take up all the room (and time... and money!) I've got. Was just trying to make connection with another priestly type.
