Yeah, right. Fresh armourall on the inlet hose, cover dirty, faded and faded, new Interstate battery, broken red plastic cover....one would think the original battery would have lasted a tad longer than 6400 miles, but, hey, it's imported.

Have seen a couple of 012's with really low mileage and low asking money.
 
Any "I survived Hurricane Sandy" stickers on the bumper?
 
Could be they took the cover off and left it in the garage. I know I ditched mine first time I took it off.

Look under the dash and run your hand under the seat to check for surface rust. Pull the seatbelts all the way out. Lots of times you can still see a water line on them.
