I've noticed that after the BN7 sits for awhile (maybe a couple of weeks) it is very difficult, and noisy, to shift gears. Once warmed up it's much better. I believe this to be a syncromesh problem. Which of course brings me to my question. Where is a good reliable rebuilder? I don't want someone that opens the case replaces gaskets and oil seals coats the gears and calls it a rebuild, I've already done that. Nor do I want someone that insists on all new parts when not needed; in other words someone who's honest. Any reccomendations? I've never had any problems with the overdrive BTW so don't expect to have to rebuild that unit. I plan on removing the OD and bell housing for shipping is that all that's required?
